On January 8, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement between Shanghai Huanyu Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. and PAN OCEAN was held in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. Zhan Limin, member of the Standing Committee of Haiyan County Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Haiyan Economic Development Zone, and Liu Chong, managing director of COSCO Shipping Development, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing. Li Qianmin, general manager of Shanghai Universe, and Ye Daogen, chairman of PAN OCEAN, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.
